PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water leakage repair method facilitating construction works by obtaining high waterproof performance of a joint part of a water leakage prevention gutter and a waterproof tape in the water leakage repair method of a tunnel or the like. SOLUTION: In the water leakage repair method, the water leakage prevention gutters 1, 1,... are arranged on a water leakage part of an inner wall 10 of the tunnel or the like along an inner periphery, and longitudinal joints 2, 2,... of the water leakage prevention gutters 1, 1,... are sealed by the waterproof tapes 3, 3,... in which an adhesive layer (preferably, tension elasticity is 1 MPa or lower and thickness is 0.05-5 mm) is laminated on one side of a base material sheet (preferably, tensile break strength is 50 N per 1 cm wide or higher, glossiness is 100% or lower, and a haze value is 85% or lower).
