PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connecting structure of a covering material, a revetment structure, and a revetment construction method capable of covering a revetment in a short construction period, and superior in stability after covering. SOLUTION: A covering material connecting body 13 is formed by connecting a plurality of standard covering materials 1 by a connecting member 9 via suspending rings 11a. The suspending rings 11a are hooked on automatic release hooks 29 arranged on the tip of suspending ropes 28 of a suspending tool 27 installed on a floating crane 25. The suspending ropes 28 are lowered, and the covering material connecting body 13 is sunk under a water surface 19. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
