FIELD: testing equipment, determination of torsional stiffness of couplings and other members of machinery such as shock absorbers, torsion bars. SUBSTANCE: given gear includes base, two movable supports, tested coupling, composite fork mechanism and means directly ensuring points of application of force. Kinematic interconnection of members of gear and principle of operation of power loading circuit secure torsion of flexible member of coupling only without bending and consequently accuracy of determination of characteristics of coupling. Structural feature of gear provide for test of couplings of various types and dimensions as well as other members of machines both on existing testing machines, on vibration beds and with use of suspension with weights. Gear can find use both for static and dynamic testing of couplings. EFFECT: raised accuracy in determination of characteristics of flexible couplings, versatility of gear. 18 dwg |
