FIELD: oil producing industry, particularly, methods of wells flushing; applicable in well flushing directly before lowering of pump into well. SUBSTANCE: method includes lowering of tubing pipes into well; direct flushing of well with flushing fluid; withdrawal from well of flushing products. Prior to tubing pipes lowering into well, they are provided with scraper. Tubing pipes are lowered below the depth of oil-well pump installation. Casing pipes are scraped to remove their residual deposits. Then, tubing pipes are lifted to depth of introduction of flushing fluid into wellbore, which is determined with help of mathematical relationship, and direct flushing is effected. Flushing fluid is pumped into annular space in volume equaling at least single volume of casing cavity in interval from wellhead to depth of introduction of flushing fluid into wellbore. EFFECT: provided the fullest removal from annual space of floating mass of flushing products of residual deposits in form of asphalt-resinous-paraffin with mechanical impurities. 4 dwg
