FIELD: analytical chemistry. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to novel compound tritium-labeled tafcine and to method of determination of tafcine in biological samples. Method involves addition to sample highly tritium- labeled tafcine, extraction, conversion of tafcine and its labeled analogue to their benzoin or ortho-phthalic derivatives in prepared extract followed by their analysis by HPLC method with fluorescent detector.
