FIELD: laminar composite materials; production of prepreg for aeronautical and space engineering and shipbuilding. SUBSTANCE: proposed method includes operations of simultaneous and/or parallel preparation of hybrid binder on base of resins whose types are indicated in Specification and woven fillers formed from polycaproamide (caprone) , polyphene and/or carbon filaments (strands or cords) coated with cover material made from copolymer of tetrafluoroethylene with vinylidene fluoride and/or commercial carbon with anti-static soot and/or carbon graphite and/or metallized mixtures and antipyrine additives: antimony trioxide, hexachlorobenzene , carbon tetrachloride CCl4, trichloroethyl phosphate and/or chladon. Anti-static and antipyrine additives are also introduced in hybrid binder for impregnation of fabric fillers. Other powder fillers, for example oxides and/or nitrides of metals are introduced in hybrid binder for enhancing their physico-mechanical, thermal and anti-static properties, such as specific impact viscosity, shear, compressive and breaking-off strength. Impregnation of woven fillers at rate of continuous motion of 1-3 m/min, tension of 0.1 to 1.5 kg per centimeter of prepreg width; drying of binder is performed in drying chamber at temperature of 90-210 C.
