FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has body having working part and handle separated with a means manufactured as a whole with them and heating system. The body is manufactured from plastic material tightly enveloping the heating system which electric heater coil is mounted on carrying member. The working part of the body is 5-10 cm long and has diameter of 1-2 cm. Means for fixing the working part has symmetrically arranged protrusions distance between tops of which is greater than the handle length at least by 5 mm.
