PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rechargeable heater with a secondary battery, allowing reduced overcharge during charging. SOLUTION: A rated current capacity ICONSTANT of the secondary battery can be variably set with its size depending on the condition of the secondary battery.
