PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultra-thin pump at a low cost in which an ultra-thin structure can be realized and the structure is simple, and to provide a cooling system equipped with this. SOLUTION: The ultra-thin pump is provided with a ring-like impeller in which a large number of blades 2 are formed on an outer periphery and a rotor magnet 3 is provided on an inner periphery; a motor stator 4 provided on an inner peripheral side of the rotor magnet 3; and a pump casing 5 in which a suction port and a delivery port are formed, which accommodates the ring-like impeller 1 at the inside and in which a cylindrical part 7 for disposing it between the motor stator 4 and the rotor magnet 3 is formed.
