PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such problems that a noise point existing in audio data cannot be confirmed simply and that operation for removing noise from the audio data is not simply performed in an audio data recording and reproducing device. SOLUTION: The audio data recording and reproducing device is provided with a recording and reproducing part for recording and reproducing the audio data to/from a recording medium, an editing part for editing the audio data reproduced by the recording and reproducing part, an operation part for setting the noise point existing in the audio data recorded in the recording medium, and a control part which controls the recording and reproducing part to record data showing the noise point set by the operation part together with the audio data in the recording medium and to rewrite the data showing the noise point based on edition of the audio data by the editing part and which controls a display device to display the waveform and the noise point of the audio data.
