PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cathode-ray tube that does not have abnormality due to the separated and fallen conductive material, by avoiding the material of the conductive membrane from adhering to the protrusion of the anode button. SOLUTION: This is a cathode-ray tube which comprises an anode button 5 that is embedded in the funnel 2 and has a protrusion 5a, a getter assembly 42 that is fitted to the protrusion 5a, and a conductive membrane 41 that is formed on the inner face of the funnel 2, and in which the getter assembly 42 has getter support means 12a-12b for fitting to the anode button 5. An unpainted region 40 on which the conductive membrane 41 is not formed is established in larger area than the shape of the anode button 5 at the surroundings of the anode button 5, and conduction means 42e-42f for conducting between the conductive membrane 41 and the anode button 5 are provided at the getter support means 12a-12b.
