SOLUTION: A difference signal z(t) of voice signals x(t) and y(t) transmitted from two system transmission paths is compared with the signal x(t) by an error judging part 34, and when a difference between the signals z(t) and x(t) exceeds a certain threshold, it is judged that a transmission path error is present.
