PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce restrictions of equipment for setting dial lock by remote operations comparatively and to perform the dial lock by simple operations. SOLUTION: A received data processing circuit 4 instructs a control circuit 5 to set the dial lock to a key switch 7 when a security code received via an antenna 2 and a receiving circuit 3 are judged to coincide with a security code stored in a storage means, the control circuit 5 controls a dial lock circuit 6 so as to set the dial lock to the key switch 7 and the dial lock circuit 6 sets the dial lock to the key switch 7.
