PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To securely attach and fix a supporting member to a heat sink without distortion and tilt of the supporting member. SOLUTION: Bent pieces 31 of the supporting member 25 are fitted into fitting holes 32 formed on the heat sinks 11, and are attached and fixed in a state that abutment parts 27 of the supporting member 25 abuts to the heat sinks 11 and vertical parts 12 of the heat sinks 11. Hereby, stress on printed board 1 due to force F applied from the outside of the vertical parts 12 of the heat sinks 11 is prevented. Also, in a step that the bent pieces 31 of the supporting member 25 are fitted into the fitting holes 32, the heat sinks 11 and the supporting member 25 are fixed. Therefore, even if clamping operation with a screw is performed after the fixing operation, the supporting member 25 is not distorted and tilted, consequently, the member 25 can be securely attached and fixed to the heat sinks 11.
