PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid bearing capable of preventing sucking of atmospheric air from a discharging hole, even when a rotating shaft is made eccentric by a load. SOLUTION: A discharging hole 4 connected to discharging passages 12, 6 for discharging oil to the outside is formed on a dynamic pressure generating land (a land portion) 7 of a fluid bearing 1. A back flow preventive mechanisms 3 are provided in the discharging passages 12, 6, which prevents sucking atmospheric air into the fluid bearing 1 when negative pressure is generated in the land portion 7.
