摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the target machinery make motions proportionally in response to the temperature change by utilizing expansion/contraction of a motive liquid with a large coefficient of thermal expansion with a small and simple transmission mechanism or without using the mechanism. SOLUTION: A first chamber 4 in a housing 1 divided by a movable partition member 3 is filled with the motive liquid M with a large coefficient of thermal expansion, and a second chamber 5 is filled with an operation liquid W with lubricity. The second chamber 5 is made to communicate with an operation chamber 16 of a cylinder 11. The partition member 3 is compressed with the expansion force of the motive liquid M generated from the temperature rise and the operating liquid W in the second chamber 5 is moved to the operation chamber 16 to push a piston 14, so that the target machinery is made to move linearly according to the temperature change.
