摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mass-produce hydrogen by producing clean energy symbiotic with nature by developing large hydraulic turbines 2, 2<SP>a</SP>and 2<SP>b</SP>used in the main stream of a river and using the output of the hydraulic turbines 2, 2<SP>a</SP>and 2<SP>b</SP>with small environmental loads for the electrolysis, and to reduce emission of carbon dioxide by supplying the produced hydrogen as the fuel of a fuel cell or a hydrogen internal combustion engine. SOLUTION: A float body 5 or a ship body 5<SP>a</SP>and a catamaran ship body 5<SP>b</SP>are moored to an upstream anchorage or foundation 1, etc., against the stream of a river, and floated in the stationary state according to the surface of the river with increased/decreased water. Hydraulic turbine shafts 12 and 12<SP>a</SP>are pivotally supported as orthogonally crossing the stream, and the hydraulic turbines 2 and 2<SP>a</SP>are attached to the center or left and right ends of the hydraulic turbine shafts 12 and 12<SP>a</SP>to rotate the float body 5 or the ship body 5<SP>a</SP>. The float body 5 or the ship body 5<SP>a</SP>and the hydraulic turbine shaft 12<SP>b</SP>in series with the stream are sunk underwater below the catamaran ship body 5<SP>b</SP>, so that the float body 5 or the ship body 5<SP>a</SP>and the catamaran ship body 5<SP>b</SP>, receiving the stream in the helical hydraulic turbine or axial-flow hydraulic turbine 2<SP>b</SP>, are rotated to obtain the output.
