PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic control device capable of feeding an equal flow rate regardless a connecting position of a selector valve if opening of the selector valve is equal. SOLUTION: A spool 16 is slidably built in a spool hole 15 formed in a body 14 of the selector valve, and the spool hole 15 is communicated to an introduction port 17, a connecting port 18, a bridge passage 19, and actuator ports 20, 21. A main feeding passage (a) and a sub feeding passage (b) connected to a pressure fluid feeding mechanism P are formed on the body 14 and the main feeding passage (a) is connected to the introduction port 17. Under a condition that mating surface of each selector valve is mated each other and is connected, the main feeding passage (a) and the sub feeding passage (b) of each selector valve is connected respectively and the main feeding passage (a) and the sub feeding passage (b) are connected in a downstream side of the introduction port 17.
