PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyamide composition excellent in vibration-damping properties, heat resistance, low water absorption properties, and dimensional stability. SOLUTION: This polyamide composition contains (A) 100 pts.wt. polyamide consisting of (a) dicarboxylic acid units containing 50-100 mol% terephthalic acid units and (b) diamine units containing 50-100 mol% 6-18C aliphatic alkylenediamine units and (B) 1-50 pts.wt. block copolymer consisting of polymer blocks X which are formed of an aromatic vinyl compound and polymer blocks Y which are formed of a polyisoprene alone or an isoprene/butadiene copolymer and of which the sum of contents of 1,2-bonds and 3,4-bonds is 40 mol% or higher and at least 70 mol% of the unsaturated bonds have been hydrogenated.
