FIELD: railway transport; permanent way. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to railway transport, namely to designing of tongueless switches for use in industrial transport tracks, mainly those laid in quarries. Proposed switch contains mount on which rails are placed with movable ends and fixed ends adjoining movable ends with butt clearance, stiffening ribs, drive and lock. Vertical stiffening ribs secured on mount in zone of alignment o movable and fixed ends of rails. Said stiffening ribs are installed from outer and inner sides of movable rails and from outer sides of fixed rails, being rigidly coupled with fixed rails and movable rail ends displacement stops. Vertical stiffening ribs found inside gauge are made as guard rails. EFFECT: improved conditions of operation and repair, increased reliability of switch. 2 dwg
