SUBSTANCE: proposed plant has mixing head with vertical planetary agitator, planetary reduction gear with drive, bowl mounted on bogie, two pairs of bladed helical self-cleaning agitators, hydraulic hoist, unloading head provided with power hydraulic cylinder mounted on frame and provided with displacing piston and cover with coupling mechanisms and hydraulic lines of actuating mechanisms.
