SOLUTION: The transition metal catalyst is represented by formula (1) (wherein M represents a transition element in the 4th group; A1and A2represent each an atom in the 15th group; R1and R2represents each H, an alkyl, an aryl, an aralkyl or a hydrocarbon-substituted silyl; R3, R4, R5and R6represent each H, an alkyl, an alkoxy, an aryl, an aryloxy, an aralkyl, an aralkyloxy, a hydrocarbon-substituted silyl or a hydrocarbon substituted amino; X1, X2, R7, R8, R9and R10represent each H, a halogen, an alkyl, an alkoxy, an aryl, an aryloxy, an aralkyl, an aralkyloxy, a hydrocarbon-substituted silyl or a hydrocarbon-substituted amino; X1and X2, R1and R2, adjacent R3, R4, R5and R6, and adjacent R7, R8, R9and R10may form a ring by mutually bonding to each other.
