<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical information recording medium of a surface recording type excellent in moisture resistance and sliding resistance. <P>SOLUTION: An Ag-2 mol% Cu alloy is deposited to 30 nm thickness as a reflecting layer 2 on a flexible substrate 1 made of a polyester film (PET), on which silicon nitride is deposited to 8 nm thickness as a first protective layer 3. Then TbFeCo as a rare earth transition metal alloy is deposited to 10 nm as a magneto-optical recording layer 4, and a silicon nitride-titanium nitride mixture film is deposited to 30 nm thickness as a second protective layer (outermost protective film) 5 on the recording layer 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
