<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor for efficiently generating a difference image subsidiarily used for viewing a time changing object such as a lesion from a medical image of a high resolution, an image processing system and a control method for them. <P>SOLUTION: Among image data for which a past image for which a prescribed object is photographed and a present image photographed after the lapse of prescribed time for the same object are encoded, prescribed frequency components are inputted from an input part 6. The image generated from the frequency components of the past image and the image generated from the frequency components of the present image, which are inversely converted in a decoding part 7, are compared and a shift amount of the object is calculated in a global matching part 801 and a matching part 802. Then, the shape of the object in one of the images is deformed in a deformation part 803 and approximated.
