<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dehumidifier having reduced noises and loss by eliminating resistance due to blow-out in unreasonable directions and allowing upward and sideward exhaust of air. <P>SOLUTION: As shown in Fig. 3(A), the side face of a rib 15 having the same width as a fan casing 13 is fixed to a portion 16 of a fan base 14 in such a manner that one end face contacts the fan casing 13 and the other end face opens to an air blow-out passage 12. In another way of fixation, as shown in Fig. 3(B), one end face of the rib 15 having the same width as the fan casing 13 is fixed to a portion 17 of the inner face of the fan casing 13 with welding in such a manner that one side face contacts the fan base 14 and the other side face opens to the air blow-out passage 12. An opening arranged portion of the rib 15 is used as an inlet to form two upward and sideward blow-out passages in the blow-out passage 12 for the fan casing. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
