PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems that an worker should work for LEV opening/ closing service with another device for controlling the opening of a LEV after going to a site where an indoor unit is installed and that he makes an error in setting a plurality of service switches provided in the indoor unit for opening/ closing the LEV because there are many service switches to be set for opening/ closing the LEV and he has to spend much time resulting in poor working efficiency because there are many setting processes. SOLUTION: In the air-conditioner, flow control valves for indoor units are made to be controlled to be fully opened or closed by using one service button provided in an outdoor unit, a branch unit or a specified indoor unit.
