PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reactor hardly causing trouble in treating particles in separating them from a reaction gas, preventing lowering of the reaction efficiency in the total system, and hardly depositing liquid material. SOLUTION: The reactor 1 has a first chamber 2 in which the flow of gas (b) carrying particles (c) is formed, a second chamber 2 integrally formed with the first chamber adjacently, and a particles/gas separating device 31 set inside the first chamber for separating the gas and the particles carried in the gas.
