PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washer capable of certainly preventing simultaneous rotating by a simple structure. SOLUTION: Depressions and projections 3 are provided at a part in an outer peripheral side than a seat surface contact portion, on both surfaces of a circular plane washer 1. The washer 1 and a fastening article come into contact with each other at the part of depression and projections 3 so as to be prevented from sliding. On the other hand, the washer 1 comes into contact with a nut at a flat washer contact portion having no depressions and projections 3, so that the nut is easy to slip in between the washer, when the nut is rotated and fastened.
