PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To engage a pulling-up claw with a lid receiving frame by avoiding an obstacle even when there is the obstacle in an inner peripheral part of the lid receiving frame. SOLUTION: A plurality of driving cylinders 20 for driving the pulling-up claw are radially arranged, and the driving cylinders 20 are constituted so that a position can freely be adjusted in the circumferential direction with a radial center position X as the center.
