PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a coated film having the same thickness as that of a film made by using polyvinyl chloride, causing no generation of bubbles and showing an excellent fabrication by applying a heat-polymerizing acrylic coating and backing it without using polyvinyl chloride. SOLUTION: There is applied to a metal plate, is polymerized and is cured coating containing 100 pts.wt. of an acrylic-based mixture composed of 90 to 10 pts.wt. of (meth)acrylate-based monomer mixture and 10 to 90 pts.wt. of a (meth)acrylate-based polymer having weight average molecular weight of 1,000 to 100,000, 0.1 to 5 pts.wt. of a heat-radical polymerization initiator, 0.1 to 20 pts.wt. of a crosslinking agent and 0.1 to 100 pts.wt. of a pigment and having viscosity of 1 to 100 Pa.s. A peroxide-based substance is used as the heat radical polymerization initiator. The polymerization and cure are preferably conducted by use of the (meth)acrylate-based polymer having a glass transition temperature adjusted at -20 to 30°C while evaporating not less than 5 mass % of the acrylic-based monomer.
