PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluorine-containing material dispersion aqueous composition which can obtain a film having both flexibility and durability, furthermore good nontackiness and high paper carrying properties, a coated article obtained by coating a base material composed of a silicone rubber, a heat-resistant resin or a metal with the fluorine-containing material dispersion aqueous composition, a laminated product, and a method producing the coated article. SOLUTION: The fluorine-containing material dispersion aqueous composition is obtained by dispersing a fluorine-containing molten resin (a) and a fluorine- containing elastomer (b) in a water-containing liquid medium, and the above fluorine-containing elastomer (b) is obtained by polymerizing a monomer ingredient containing a perfluoroolefin and/or a perfluorovinyl ether, and the above perfluoroolefin and/or perfluorovinyl ether is 90-100 mol% of the above monomer ingredient.
