摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device in which a minimum operating power-supply voltage in an analog circuit can be lowered comparatively easily without lowering a circuit performance. SOLUTION: Whether ions are implanted in order to change a threshold value voltage of a MOS transistor is detected by a threshold value detection circuit 11 of an LVT transistor, and at least a part of an LVT-transistor use circuit 12 is changed over according to a result detected by the detection circuit.
