PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting fitting for a temporary enclosure plate capable of preventing the mounting fitting from falling down from a pipe after a body of the mounting fitting has been mounted on the pipe to set. SOLUTION: When arm sections 42 and 42 of the body 4 are slightly widened against elasticity to make it fit to the pipe 2, locking projections 44 and 44 slides on the circumference of the pipe 2, and the pipe is in such a state that it is held inside of the body. After that, locking claws 41 of the front ends of the arms 42 and 42 are locked to a locking groove of the enclosure plate, a clamping bolt 5 is rotated in the locking groove to firmly and surely lock the locking claws 41 to the locking groove, and the temporary enclosure plate 1 can be further and firmly connected to the pipe 2.
