PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a step board for a step in building scaffolding, which allows a worker to move safely without stumbling. SOLUTION: In the building scaffolding, a plurality of scaffolding boards 3 are continuously supported on supports 1 which are arranged at intervals along an exterior wall surface of a building; the step board 9 for the step is arranged on the step generated by vertically superposing adjacent ends of two of the scaffolding boards 3; one end is superposed on the upper scaffolding board 3; the other end is superposed on the lower scaffolding board 3; and a holder 13, which can be engaged with the scaffolding board 3, is attached to a backside.
