PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form an external wall bed advantageous for providing a thin wall structure. SOLUTION: A second plate surface 5 of a connecting member A is applied to a vertical plate part 9a of T-steel 9, and with the plate surface kept in intimate contact with the vertical plate part, locking wings 7 are bent vertically in opposite directions. The vertical plate part 9a is clamped by the locking wing 7 and the second plate surface 5, which are securely locked to the vertical plate part 9a.
