PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suede tone leather like sheet having a writing (a handwriting effect), high quality appearance and touch, and also a sufficient strength jointly, and useful for using by dyeing with a dark color such as black. SOLUTION: This suede tone leather like sheet is characterized by laminating (A) a layer consisting of very fine fibers (a) of≤0.01 decitex, mass-dyed with≥3 pts.wt. carbon black based on 100 pts.wt. resin component constituting the very fine fibers with (B) a layer consisting of very fine fibers (a) of≤0.01 decitex, mass-dyed with <3 pts.wt. carbon black based on 100 pts.wt. resin component constituting the very fine fibers or not mass dyed-very fine fiber (b) in a weight ratio of (a)/(b)=(10/90)-(90/10) range, incorporating elastic fibers in an interlaced nonwoven fabric made as one unit and covering the surface of the (A) layer side with raised standing hairs.
