PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel solvent composition for fiber washing which is not a designated chemical substance of Water Pollution Control Law or Industrial Safety and Health Law while retaining dirt removal capability, jettability by an electric spray gun, and characteristics such as odor.
