摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably provide a silicon steel sheet of excellent mean magnetic characteristic in a rolled surface by adequately setting the mixing ratio of ä110} <001> structure and ä100} <001> structure. SOLUTION: When manufacturing the magnetic steel sheet with a slab having the composition consisting of, by mass, 0.005-0.1% C, 2.5-4.5% Si, 0.01-2.0% Mn, and 0.001-0.015% Al, with the composition of elements forming deposits of Se, S, O, N, B, Ti, Nb, V and Zr being suppressed to≤0.005% as a stock, (a) 0.01-0.50% Sb and/or Sn is contained in the slab, (b) in the annealing immediately before the final cooling, the cooling is performed at the mean cooling speed of≤500°C/hour between the soaking temperature and 500°C, and (c) the mean crystal grain size of the steel sheet immediately before the final cooling is set to be≥100μm.
