FIELD: processes and devices for processing of composite materials with employment of vacuum- filtration of hydromass, prepressing pressure and heat treatment. SUBSTANCE: the method consists in supply of method homogeneous hydromass to a molding reservoir and its vacuum filtration with prepressing to the preset dimensions. The homogeneous hydromass is seasoned at least in two pouring baths located on the opposite sides of the molding reservoir during 2-4 minutes, at the same time the walls of the molding reservoir are raised and the hydromass is supplied to it by opposite flat flows with simultaneous slow braking of each of them from the bottom by threshold partitions, having a height equal to 0.1-0.25 of the height of the molding reservoir. After the molding reservoir is filled the hydromass is seasoned for 2-4 minutes up to damping, the walls are simultaneously lowered and vacuum-filtration is accomplished with rarefaction of 0.02-0.1 MPa, and then prepressing is accomplished to the preset dimensions. The installation for fulfillment of the method is described. EFFECT: simplified process, provided uniformity of distribution of thermophysical properties in the area and thickness of plates and wasteless manufacture. 9 cl, 3 dwg
