FIELD: food industry. SUBSTANCE: the method deals with manufacturing technology of food products to be used under conditions of stress situation. Method for preparing nutritive composition in question deals with mixing freeze-dried fruit-berry juice, glucose, food soluble potassium salt, anticaking agent, pectin and preparation obtained out of Mortierella gemmifera micromycete biomass. The mentioned preparation is obtained due to successive extraction of Mortierella gemmifera micromycete biomass with nonpolar extragent in supercritical state with water, alkali, water, acid, water, alkali and water followed by combining solid residue with the first extract. The innovation enables to simplify technology and increase the content of immunostimulating substances. EFFECT: higher efficiency.
