<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor capable of minutely recording and controlling a using state of equipment by a user under the control of the equipment for authenticating the user by using storage media for holding user information. <P>SOLUTION: This image processor has a means for installably constituting the storage media capable of holding data including the user information, and reading out and writing in the data to the storage media when installing the storage media, a means for executing authentication processing on whether or not the user information read out of the storage media coincides with preregistered authentication information when installing the storage media, and an equipment control means for putting the equipment in a usable state in a state of installing the storage media while realizing authentication of the user information. After the equipment becomes the usable state by the equipment control means, equipment operation information being information on operation of the equipment is written in the storage media. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
