<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely prevent inclination (decentering) or buckling of a tubular leg part when the tubular leg part of a resin rivet provided with a head part and the tubular leg part projectingly provided on a center part of a reverse surface thereof is inserted into a fixing hole of a member to be fixed and a tip side of the tubular leg part is pressed to be caulked by a caulking punch. <P>SOLUTION: The tubular leg part 10b of the resin rivet 10 is inserted in an axial body 1 under a condition that the axial body 1 projectingly provided at a center of a caulking punch A slidably in an axial direction and energized in a projection direction fastening is inserted in holes a, b of the materials 11a, 11b to be fastened.
