<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a secondary battery DC power supply apparatus and a power supply system which can suppress a value of a rush current which is generated when a DC power supply apparatus is coupled or decoupled in a hot-line state, to be small, and which carries out stable coupling/decoupling work in a hot-line state. <P>SOLUTION: A switching circuit set in an OFF-state is provided between a line, via which a power charged in a capacitor is outputted, and an output terminal. A step-up circuit is made to operate by receiving a detection signal given by a connection detecting means to charge a capacitor and, when the capacitor is charged to have a voltage not lower than a prescribed value, the switching circuit is turned into an ON-state. With such as constitution, as the switching circuit is in an OFF-state when this power supply apparatus is connected to a power supply line, the voltage of the power supply line is not influenced. When the capacitor is charged to have a prescribed output voltage or a voltage higher than that, the switching circuit is turned into an On-state. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
