PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a concrete form which can shorten a construction period and can also be easily designed, and establish a piping method using a form component. SOLUTION: In the concrete form for constructing a side wall of a plant building from reinforced concrete, a sheathing-board retaining metallic material 3, which has an H-shaped cross section and is used to hold in between opposed sheathing boards 2 at a prescribed interval, is arranged between the adjacent sheathing boards 2, so that the sheathing boards 2 can be fixed to the metallic material 3. In the piping method for the plant building, a support metallic material for piping is fixed to the metallic material 3 which is embedded in the side wall in a left-in-place state by constructing the side wall of the plant building; and the piping is installed by using the support metallic material.
