PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a perforated sheet while suppressing the deformation of the hole caused by the extraction of a pin from the sheet thereby stably forming the hole having the shape nearly same as the cross-sectional shape of the pin. SOLUTION: A 1st roller 2 having a number of pins 21 parallelly protruded in multiple rows on the outer circumference is rotated on a rotary shaft 23. A 2nd roller 3 having insertion parts 30 to receive the pins 21 is placed in a manner to direct the rotational shaft 33 of the 2nd roller 3 nearly parallel to the rotary shaft 23 of the 1st roller 2. A sheet 10 is supplied between both rollers 2, 3 along the rows of the pins 21, the sheet 10 thrust with the pins 21 are circulated together with the pins 21 and released from the circulation orbit, and the pins 21 are extracted from the sheet 10 to obtain the perforated sheet having a number of holes. An external force is applied to the sheet 10 in a manner to move the sheet 10 thrust with the pins 21 toward the tip side of the pin 21. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
