PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chloroprene rubber composition which utilizes a crosslinked chloroprene rubber of a waste product such as a driving belt product, can be used as the raw material for a recrosslinked chloroprene rubber having strength near to the strength which a product produced from an uncrosslinked chloroprene rubber composition alone possesses, and can be easily obtained in a mass treatment by an internal kneader. SOLUTION: The chloroprene rubber composition is obtained by adding 1-20 wt.% rubber particles composed of the crosslinked chloroprene rubber composition and having an average particle diameter of≤1 mm to the uncrosslinked chloroprene rubber composition and kneading the resulting mixture.
