PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new active energy ray-curable resin composition capable of affording a resin cured product exhibiting sufficient water resistance even to acidic water, neutral water and basic water and freely regulating the viscosity of the uncured resin composition with water. SOLUTION: This active energy ray-curable resin composition comprises (A) a resin having 70-500 mg KOH/g acid value without a polymerizable unsaturated group, (B) a water-soluble compound having the polymerizable unsaturated group, (C) a photopolymerization initiator and (D) a basic compound.
