PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a casing for optical components which prevents distortion of a mirror and adjusts the direction of an incident plane of a mirror independently to the direction of biaxial rotating, an optical unit, and a projector. SOLUTION: A mirror holding member 60 is provided with a mirror holding frame which holds a dichroic mirror 421 universally in rotation which changes the angle of the incident plane of the dichroic mirror 421, first leaf spring which energizes the dichroic mirror 421 to a rotating direction to the mirror holding frame, and second leaf spring 68 which energizes the mirror holding frame to a rotating direction which an axis of a vertical direction is a center of rotation to a light guide main body 2. An elevation angle adjusting screw 70 which presses the dichroic mirror 421 from an opposite side of the energizing direction of the first leaf spring 67, and a right and left rotation adjusting screw 80 which presses the mirror holding frame from an opposite side of the energizing direction of the second leaf spring 68 are provided on the light guide main body 2.
