<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a separator of excellent moldability for molding and of quick thermosetting, and its manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: A resin composition containing 30 to 95 mass percent of phenol resin with a thermal fluidity of 100 to 190 mm measured by a disc cure method, and 70 to 5 mass percent of carbon black with an arithmetic mean particle size of not less than 25 nm and a nitrogen absorption specific surface area of not more than 100 m<SP>2</SP>/g is put under a molding process. A molded product thus obtained is carbonized and baked to get a separator for a fuel cell made of amorphous carbon. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
