PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an undersheet for laminating a green sheet that can prevent beforehand a phenomenon of lamination breakage that may occur in a step where the green sheet is laminated on the lower green sheet and temporarily press-fitted thereof at specified temperature and pressure and the step is repeated necessary times. SOLUTION: An undersheet 11 is made of metal, and it is provided with a number of holding projections 11a having specified upper-face shape and projection height on its upper surface in a predetermined arrangement. The upper-face area of the holding projection 11a is 1.8 to 5.4 mm2, and a distance Ls between the adjoining holding projections 11a is 40 to 120μm. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
